Thanks for sharing this, Glenn. We can't control the backstories or emotions of other viewers. We can learn better techniques, but the questions that our work evokes may be different for different viewers. His suggestion to evoke questions rather than make statements is well taken. And we can be pleased with our work without always needing to please others.
